Feisty Wren Soaps, Shampoo & Conditioner Bars

August 9, 2021 by Coast Fork Blogger

Save money, reduce plastic waste, buy local, smell great, and have fabulous hair… these are just a few of the reasons to check out Feisty Wren Soap Studio! Their shampoo and conditioner bar products are a relatively new addition to our store, but they have been flying off the shelf. People love them!

Sure, you’ve heard of soap bars, but what’s up with shampoo and conditioner bars? We’re used to seeing our shampoo and conditioner come in plastic bottles from the supermarket, and these look different… more like bars of soap rather than what we’re used to seeing. So how do shampoo and conditioner bars work? It’s easy! To shampoo: wet hair, swipe bar across hair, add a little additional water and wash as you normally would. To condition: just swipe condition bar through hair. Rinse… all done! These work as well as your traditional shampoos and conditioners (if not better) and typically last longer. (Between uses, keep your bars on a shower rack or well drained soap dish to maximize their life.)

Solid shampoo and conditioner bars are gentle, plant-based cleansers made from organic cocoa butter, shea butter & coconut oil. They are pH balanced for hair, SLS free, safe for color-treated hair, and perfect for travel, camping, and RV/Van living.

Ultimately whoever you are and however you live, using solid shampoo and conditioner bars can save money, help you reduce your use of plastic, and help you keep carbon out of the atmosphere — these products are made locally in Pleasant Hill, not half way across the world as a lot of commercial hair products are, and travel just a few miles to our store from the place where they are made.

We love Feisty Wren products and we think you will too, so come down and check out our selection!
