We’re proud of all our beers but this one always stands out because it’s a tribute to our dear, departed friend and colleague, Derek Bear Phillips, known by many as Rhubarb. We’re confident Derek would have loved this beer and we’re so glad that so many other people love it too, in fact in the 3 years we’ve been making this beer it’s become a favorite with our IPA drinkers.

Pacific Northwest IPA with rye malt. Bready malt profile followed by strong American hop complexity.
